Marketing Executive – Victoria – £30,000 to £35,000 Dependant on Experience

My client a leading multi branch global property services firm are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join their vibrant office in Victoria.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. Experience in the property industry is essential ideally promoting new build developments.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and analysing successful google ad campaigns (PPC)
• Creating and analysing successful Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns
• Content creation
• Sending out engaging newsletters
• Promoting developments across the country
• Create engaging content, coming up with ideas outside of the box!
• Stay up to date on current marketing trends
• Manage and allocate budget correctly
• Creating relationships with external suppliers
• Arranging production/ filming
• Drafting press releases and sending them to our PR agency to promote

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 2 years’ proven Marketing experience in the property industry
• Google Ads/PPC and Social Media campaign experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Proactive and positive approach

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Dependant on Experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm. Flexibility to work from home.
