Tenancy Progressor- Pimlico- £30,000- £32,000 Dependent on Experience
My client, an established Residential Real Estate Firm is looking for an experienced Tenancy Progressor to support their fast Lettings Team with their Tenancy Progression.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm with a friendly environment. The role requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and possesses a strong analytical skillset with an excellent eye for detail.
Your duties will include

  • Process the administration of new and existing tenancies
  • Liaising with tenants at the renewal stage to ensure all tenancy renewals are negotiated and processed smoothly
  • Deal with general Client Accounting tasks including uploading rent schedules
  • Prepare invoices and purchase orders
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Provide references to outgoing Tenants
  • Register and re-register deposit with the relevant deposit scheme and support the deposit process from check in to check out
  • Send check in/out reports to Tenants, organising any appointments
  • Deal with tenancy related documents such as EPC, EICR and standard letters
  • Follow up credit reference and carry out Tenant ID checks in line with the current legislation
  • Assist Tenants with their move-in through being their main point of contact prior
  • Respond to phone calls, referring to other team members to progress and other departments such as the Refurbishment/ Maintenance Team
  • Assist with general Office Administration tasks
  • Administrative support to a busy income producing team, adapting role as requested by reporting line
  • Keep accurate notes and data entries on the system
  • Develop an awareness of legal requirements in the context of the performance of the role
  • Handle data in line with company policy
  • Undertake training as required and requested by the Company

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years proven Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Team player
  • Someone who wants to work in a fast paced, solution orientated, highly motivated and target focused environment

Working Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000- £32,000 Dependent on Experience
