Tenancy Progressor- Covent Garden- £30,000-£35,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a leading boutique property advisors, are currently seeking an enthusiastic, well presented and articulate Tenancy progressor to join our dynamic West End residential team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm with a friendly environment. The role requires an individual who is team players willing to embrace a new approach to residential agency, with the ability to think on their feet and outside of the box.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Progressing tenancies from point of acceptance to move in
  • Drafting tenancy documents
  • Arranging Inventory Check ins, Cleaning, Gas Safety Records and Portable Appliance tests for properties
  • Progress deal via Jupix, and add properties
  • Manage online filing systems
  • Insure we have good systems in place to make the consumer experience flawless & premium from the first interaction and the efficient running of the office
  • Completing stringent referencing checks
  • Book in valuations & add to Jupix (when lettings manager is not in the office to take the call)
  • Assist sales manager in ad hoc paper work
  • Assisting with the marketing of available properties including floor plans, photographs, creating brochures, booking photographs and creating window card
  • Sourcing / managing gifts for clients and buyers
  • Ensure systems are in place for follow up with occupiers within 1 week of commencement to check all is going well
  • Insure data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies
  • Ensure clear channels of communication between the leadership team, property management team, lettings team, occupiers & third party suppliers/contractors
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, landlords and tenants
  • Managing key log (KeyZapp)
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the office providing support to the Lettings Team
  • General Office Administration including filing, ordering supplies and preparation of the office
  • Handling enquiries via the phone

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 1 years’ proven Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Dependant on Experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm
