Dove and Hawk are working alongside a high-end, multi branch estate agency looking for a Property Manager to join their team based in Royal Wharf!

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of circa 160 properties
• Liaise with landlords and tenants daily
• Coordinating maintenance works
• Chasing rent arrears
• Responsible for end of tenancy termination
• Arranging gas safety certificates

Requirements:

• 2 years Property Management experience
• Able to build rapport and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication
• Highly organised
• ARLA qualified desirable but no essential

Days and Hours: Monday – Friday – 9am-6pm

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
