Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established, family-run company that prioritizes customer service and honesty with our landlords over simply getting deals. As such we have a lot of long standing, loyal clients. They are looking for someone who is passionate about kickstarting their career in the property sector.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Welcoming and registering new applicants.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Taking and providing feedback to applicants
• Negotiating and closing on qualified offers to ensure the best result for all parties concerned.
• Providing excellent customer service to applicants and clients alike
• Progressing agreed deals and remaining point of contact for prospective tenants up to move-in.
• Managing files for agreed tenancies up to the point of move-in

Requirements of the role:

• A confident and charismatic energy, a ‘people person’
• A desire to exceed targets
• Providing an excellent customer service experience at all times.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Full driving license.
• No estate agency experience is required however an aptitude for selling as well as motivation, are essential.

Package: Basic, £18,000 – OTE, £40,000-£45,000 (4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays as well as the office being closed between Christmas and New Year)

Hours: Mon-Friday 8.45-6, 1 evening a week till 7 – Saturdays, 9.30-3.30, 1 in 3 Saturdays
