Dove & Hawk are working alongside an International Real Estate Firm, looking for a Sales Manager to join their office in Prime Central London.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Generating, conducting and closing property valuations.
  • Arranging and attending property viewings.
  • Obtaining and providing feedback to landlords.
  • Securing offers, negotiating and closing sales deals to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
  • Coaching, training and mentoring the existing staff.
  • Keeping up to date with Sales Regulations.
  • Using own initiative to generate new business, through canvassing and other avenues.
  • Managing the exciting branch sales team, including coaching, training and mentoring.

Requirements of the role:

  • A proven track record of winning Sales instructions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence and your own car
  • ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong use of IT systems.

Salary Budgets: Basic up to £45K, OTE- 100K & Car Allowance.
Required working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, 10-4pm 1 in 4 Saturdays.
