SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT, MAYFAIR

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a h high-end independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a senior sales consultant to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London lettings agent who has 2 + years’ experience in London sales.

Duties/functions of the role:

• Close sales on residential properties.
• Drive new business and increase property portfolio.
• Train and coach more junior members of the sales team.
• Collaborate with the company director to develop the sales department, including marketing and operations.
• Conduct property viewings and valuations.
• Secure new instructions.
• Work with the marketing team to generate leads.

Requirements of the role:

• At least 2 years of UK residential property experience.
• Industry qualifications (e.g., NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are preferred, but not essential.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in IT and property software.

Salary budgets: £21,000 – £24,000 basic salary, £57,000 OTE + travel allowance
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm or 9.30am – 6.30pm, alternate Saturdays 10am – 3.30pm, 2 days WFH – Tuesdays & Thursdays
