Duties/Functions of the role:

• Welcome and register new applicants to the branch.
• Arrange and conduct viewings-show off some of the best properties in Romford!
• Generate and attend valuations, bringing them through to instruction.
• Present and negotiate offers, ensuring the best deals for everyone involved.
• Manage sales progression paperwork and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements of the role:

• 24+ months in the property industry with a proven track record in business development.
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Proficient knowledge of the local area
• Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
