SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – DUAL ROLE – LEYTONSTONE

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well established family friendly estate agency specialising in residential Sales & Lettings in East London. They are searching for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role will suit a highly driven London sales agent who has 1 + years’ experience in sales or lettings and is looking to develop their skills within a successful office.

Duties/functions of the role:

• Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
• Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants and buyers
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords and vendors to successfully garner offers
• Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with landlords, vendors, prospective and existing tenants and buyers and colleagues
• Completing the appropriate paperwork to create a smooth lettings and sales process
• Managing the lettings and sales process from offer to move in

Requirements of the role:

• 1+ years’ experience as a sales or lettings negotiator
• A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
• Must be well spoken and well presented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills
• Driving licence

Salary budgets: £24,000 basic salary, £45,000 – £48,000 OTE + car allowance

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday’s 9am – 5pm with a day lieu
