SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – DULWICH

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency, who are looking to hire a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their office in Honor Oak. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious negotiator, to join a well established estate agency.

Duties:

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
• Providing viewing feedback.
• Generating new valuation opportunities.

Requirements:

• UK Driving License and own vehicle required
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a residential sales role

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic salary, £50,000 – £70,000 OTE + car allowance & guarantee

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 10am – 4pm with a day in lieu (3 out of 4)
