Head of Property Manager – Shoreditch – 3 Year + Experience – Salary up to £55,000 +.

Dove and Hawk are working with an independent Estate Agency. Who are looking for someone with 3 years + who is looking to be a Head of Property Management.

Duties/Functions of the Role

• Running a Team of 4 People and a Portfolio of 500 Properties.
• Measuring and managing your teams efficiency, productivity and drive, through set KPIs.
• Reviewing departmental processes and setting clear objectives, to ensure consistency in the thorough management of each Property Managers property portfolio.
• Ensuring your team work within brand guidelines, to provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Overseeing the effective management of all end of tenancy objectives.
• Dealing with any complaints escalated to management level, and ensuring swift conflict resolution.
• Managing and cultivating relationship with 3rd party service providers.
• Account managing a small portfolio of landlords and attend client meetings.
• Report directly to the senior management and working together to ensure department success and growth.

Salary is up to £55,000
Working Hours is Monday to Friday 8.50am – 6.30pm
