Dove and Hawk are partnering with a reputable, well-established multi-branch estate agency to find an experienced Property Manager to join their busy Lettings department in Kingsbury. This role is ideal for individuals committed to delivering impeccable customer service, which is vital to both the office and the brand.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of two offices and approximately 150 properties in the Kingsbury and Hendon areas
• Conduct property inspections (approximately 10 to 15 per week)
• Address and resolve property management issues
• Organize EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) and gas safety certificates
• Manage additional compliance and property-related tasks
• Support branch growth through canvassing and prospecting activities
• Obtain referrals to generate new business and enhance the branch’s client base

Requirements:

• Property management: 1 year (required)
• Clean driving license
• Working as part of a team
• To provide an excellent customer service experience at all times
• To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff
• Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software

Salary Budgets: £26,000 – £31,000per annum

Required working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 6:00 (No Saturday work is required)
