Sales Team Administrator – Hammersmith – £33,000 to £38,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a prestigious boutique Estate Agency in the West London area, are currently looking for an experienced Sales Team Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established brand coming into a friendly and family feel team who really take care of their staff.
It is a varied role that includes:
- Day to day organisational and administrative support to the Sales Team
- Actively supporting the Sales Team in the selling of our clients’ properties including completing the client on-boarding process
- Preparation of Sales materials including property brochures, window cards and advertising copy
- Maintaining and updating the Sales database ensuring all information is correctly uploaded
- Supporting the Sales Team with diary management
- Being the ‘face’ of the office – meeting and greeting clients and registering applicants when required
- Diligently collecting the information required for due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on all buyers and sellers and ensuring the files are compliant with current legislation
- General administrative duties including photocopying and digitally filing documents
- Ensuring the office is appropriately stocked with stationery, marketing materials and other office supplies
- Answering all calls in a confident and professional manner
- Attending and assisting the setting up of company events as and when required
- Respecting our clients’ confidentiality at all times
- Maintaining the company’s high standards and excellent quality of service to both applicants and customers at all times
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3+ years experience within an administrative role with exceptional organisational skills
- Experience in Estate Agency would be advantageous
- Alto experience would be advantageous
- Be smartly presented and able to handle a public-facing role – both face-to-face and over the telephone
- The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed and to maintain and update all electronic files
- A pro-active, ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy and a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Salary Budgets: £33,000 to £38,000 per annum DOE
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Office Based
