Sales Team Administrator – Hammersmith – £33,000 to £38,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a prestigious boutique Estate Agency in the West London area, are currently looking for an experienced Sales Team Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established brand coming into a friendly and family feel team who really take care of their staff.

It is a varied role that includes:

  • Day to day organisational and administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Actively supporting the Sales Team in the selling of our clients’ properties including completing the client on-boarding process
  • Preparation of Sales materials including property brochures, window cards and advertising copy
  • Maintaining and updating the Sales database ensuring all information is correctly uploaded
  • Supporting the Sales Team with diary management
  • Being the ‘face’ of the office – meeting and greeting clients and registering applicants when required
  • Diligently collecting the information required for due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on all buyers and sellers and ensuring the files are compliant with current legislation
  • General administrative duties including photocopying and digitally filing documents
  • Ensuring the office is appropriately stocked with stationery, marketing materials and other office supplies
  • Answering all calls in a confident and professional manner
  • Attending and assisting the setting up of company events as and when required
  • Respecting our clients’ confidentiality at all times
  • Maintaining the company’s high standards and excellent quality of service to both applicants and customers at all times

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3+ years experience within an administrative role with exceptional organisational skills
  • Experience in Estate Agency would be advantageous
  • Alto experience would be advantageous
  • Be smartly presented and able to handle a public-facing role – both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed and to maintain and update all electronic files
  • A pro-active, ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Salary Budgets: £33,000 to £38,000 per annum DOE
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Office Based
