PROPERTY MANAGER – Belsize Park – £33-38,000PA
Dove & Hawk are working with an Established and respected local estate agent looking for a Property Manager based in a great location in North West London.

Duties:

• Dealing with 180 Properties split
• Rent reconciliation
• Organising maintenance works
• Booking contractors
• Reporting to clients
• Property inspections
• certification

Requirements of the role: 1 Years Property Management Experience
Salary is £33,000 – £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm – 1 Saturday a Month 10am – 3pm
