Dove & Hawk are working with an award-winning and the leading estate agency in Palmers Green. They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Lettings Negotiator.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements.
• To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospect tenants.
• Providing detailed viewing feedback.
• Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Produce the relevant paperwork required.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in residential lettings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Have a general knowledge of North London, ideally having worked in the local area in lettings
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good with people and handling difficult situations that may arise.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to your own car

Package & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: £20,000-£23,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE: £30,000-£33,000 (uncapped)
• Monthly target bonus and backings Bonus
• 5-day working week: Mon-Thu 8:45-18:30, 8:45-18:00 Fri, 9:30-16:00 Sat
• Car Allowance provided
