Sales Progressor (Hybrid) – North London – Basic Salary £35,000 – £38,000 + Commission

Join an award-winning, multi-branch independent agency based in North London as a Sales Progressor.

As a vital member of the team, you will take charge of progressing sales from offer to completion. You will be highly experienced in progressing sales in a fast paced environment dealing with large cases, ideally 80+.

This role demands a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives under pressure. You should be a strong communicator, comfortable resolving any challenges, and resilient enough to support a highly experienced sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for progressing sales from reservation through to completion within the agreed timeframe
  • Liaising with customers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, financial advisors and other key parties as necessary
  • Supporting the busy sales team, ensuring information is up to date regarding accepted offers
  • Guiding customers as well as the sales team throughout the process
  • Monitoring and tracking each sale to meet exchange and completion deadlines
  • Advising and supporting customers with sales transactions activity
  • Use your understanding of the conveyancing journey to problem solve and overcome any challenges with the sale to prevent sales from falling through
  • Covering incoming and outgoing telephone calls to clients, agents, and any other third parties in connection with conveyancing matters
  • Gathering the required documents to complete the sale

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • A minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Sales Progressor in residential property sales/transactions – must have dealt with a similar scale of property sales (ideally over 80+!)
  • Demonstrate and prove a driven and motivated work ethic
  • Ability to manage own workload and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy periods
  • A driven and assertive individual who can confidently engage with professionals and third parties to ensure clarity and achieve desired outcomes effectively

Basic Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 + commission
Location: North London (various offices to choose from)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 09:00-18:30 Friday 09:00-18.00 (Hybrid, 2 or 3 days in the office)
