SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – BALHAM

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high performing office in Balham. This is a fantastic opportunity, to join a great brand and earn very well!

Duties:

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
• Providing viewing feedback.
• Generating new valuation opportunities.

Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence required
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a residential sales role

Salary: £20-£22,000 basic, £70-£80,000 OTE – Car/Car Allowance – Guarantee Provided

Hours: Monday- Thursday, 8.45am-6.30pm, Friday 8.45am-6pm Every other Saturday 10am-3pm.
