TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – CAMDEN

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful multi branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken ambitious sales driven professional who is looking to start their career within lettings.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Welcoming and registering new applicants.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Taking and providing feedback to applicants and landlords.
• Assisting and accompanying the manager on property valuations when required.
• Negotiating and closing on qualified offers to ensure the best result for all parties concerned.
• Providing excellent customer service to colleagues and clients alike.
• Assisting in the tenancy process where required.

• Strong IT skills

Salary Budgets: £19,000 basic salary, £40,000 – £45,000 OTE + guarantee & car allowance

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm and two in every three Saturdays from 10am – 2pm
