? Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

? The Role

Love being out and about rather than stuck at a desk? As a Housing Officer, you’ll be the eyes and ears across our property portfolio-making sure homes are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and everything runs smoothly.
From property inspections to tenant move-ins, you’ll play a key role in keeping standards high and resolving issues quickly and professionally.

? What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting regular property inspections to ensure high standards
Managing tenant check-ins and check-outs
Identifying issues and creating action plans to resolve them
Handling complaints and anti-social behaviour cases
Working closely with councils, landlords, and third parties
Completing inventories, reports, and property assessments
Supporting property turnarounds to get homes ready for new tenants
Keeping records and systems accurate and up to date

? What We’re Looking For

Organised, proactive, and great at problem-solving
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Able to manage your own time and work independently
Comfortable dealing with tenants, councils, and stakeholders
Full UK driving licence (company car provided ?)

? What is offered:

£35,000 + company car
Structured Monday-Friday hours
Varied, field-based role-no two days the same
