Lettings Negotiator – Kennington

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic and fast-growing team based in Kennington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months’ experience in residential lettings who is looking to take the next step in their property career.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing tenancies from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert local knowledge
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Generating new business through calls, networking, and referrals
• Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
• Achieving and exceeding personal and office targets
• Keeping up to date with local market trends and legislation

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in residential lettings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
• Well-presented and professional at all times
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Salary- £20k basic + £40k OTE & Car Allowance £300 PCM

Hours – Hours – 8.30am- 6pm Monday to Friday, Alternative Saturdays 9-4pm
