Sales Consultant
SALES NEGOTIATOR – QUEENS PARK
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful multi branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a Sales Negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a sales negotiator who has 1 + years’ experience in sales or someone with lettings experience looking to transition into sales.
Duties/functions of the role:
- Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
- List properties from the existing database/network
- Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
- Arranging, attending viewings for prospective vendors
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to in order to successfully garner offers
- Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
- Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth sales process
Requirements of the role:
- 1+ years’ experience working in sales or lettings
- A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Salary budgets: £20,000 basic salary, £60K OTE + car allowance & bonuses
Required working hours: Monday Thursday 9am-6:30pm, Friday 6pm finish, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am- 4:30pm
