Dove & Hawk are partnering with a well established estate agency to find an experienced Property Manager to join their busy Lettings department in Kingsbury. This role is ideal for those who are a team player that is motivated and wants to learn. The Hounslow branch is a busy office and being able to multitask is a must.

Duties:

• Managing a portfolio of around 250 properties
• Ensure instructions are completed and manage maintenance repairs in properties.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Schedule property viewings and register applicants.
• Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
• Achieve personal and branch targets.
• Negotiate tenancies and represent the company professionally.
• Build strong relationships with local property owners.

Requirements:

• Property Management: 2 years (Required)
• Driving License (Required)
• Ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Equipped with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a competitive drive to succeed.

Salary Budgets: £25,000 – £30,000per annum

Required working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 6:00 (Alternate Saturday work is required 10:00am – 04:00pm)
