Dove and Hawk are collaborating with a reputable and well-established independent estate agency to find an experienced Property Manager for their busy Lettings team in Walthamstow. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with a solid administrative background and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage interactions with both tenants and landlords.

Duties:

• Manage tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct property viewings and tenant referencing
• Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
• Ensure rent collection and financial records are accurate
• Perform regular property inspections
• Draw up tenancy agreements
• *Qualifications*
• Proficient in administrative tasks
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Prior experience in a lettings or property management role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good Knowledge of the Letting process

Requirements:

• Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Lettings: 1 year (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• Strong administrative background
• Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and landlords effectively

Salary Budgets: £28,000 – £34,000per annum

Required working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm with a day off in lieu
