We are seeking a highly ambitious and target-driven Lettings & Sales Valuer to join a well-established boutique estate agency based in Norbury, Southwest London. This role is key to driving market share growth, developing business opportunities, and securing property deals in a competitive and thriving area.

As a Lettings & Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting accurate property valuations, and securing instructions for both sales and lettings. You will manage your own diary and work autonomously, while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Share Growth & Business Development:
  Drive the agency’s growth by securing new property instructions and expanding client relationships in the local area.
• Valuations & Instructions:
  Conduct accurate property valuations to secure instructions for both sales and lettings.
• Lead Generation:
  Proactively generate new leads through canvassing, door-knocking, networking, calling through an extensive database, and following up on inbound leads.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Manage high-end property transactions, maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings and sales process.
• Self-management:
  Take ownership of your time by managing your own diary and workflow to maximise efficiency and success in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, property valuations, and securing instructions.
• Strong local knowledge of Southwest and Southeast London.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Confidence in door-knocking, canvassing, and generating new leads.
• Ability to manage high-end property transactions with a focus on service and results.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own car (Company car also provided).
