PROPERTY MANAGER – Marylebone – MON-FRI ONLY – £45,000PA

Dove & Hawk are working with a central London property development and management company, based in the heart of Marylebone, W1. Who manage their own residential and commercial properties located in W1, Fitzrovia, Marylebone and Primrose Hill, with a focus on exceptional service.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties in W1, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, and Primrose Hill.
• Tenant Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, complaints, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintenance Coordination: Ensure properties are well maintained by scheduling regular inspections, managing repairs and coordinating with contractors.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure properties meet all health and safety standards and gas and electrical certifications.

Requirements of the role

• Proven experience in property management, ideally within both residential and commercial sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and contractors.
• Knowledge of the W1, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, and Camden areas is a plus.

Salary Budget: £45,000per annum DOE
Required Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
