We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Residential Lettings Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kensal Rise. The successful candidate will have experience in residential lettings and will be responsible for facilitating property viewings, and securing lettings deals. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy, running your own diary and driving business through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management:
  Oversee a portfolio of properties, including flats (average value £600k) and houses (average value £1m).
• Proactive Outreach:
  Engage in proactive activities, such as canvassing for new listings and identifying unlisted properties in the local market to maximise opportunities.
• Property Viewings:
  Host property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants, and providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Negotiations & Closing Deals:
  Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, mediate terms, and work towards securing deals efficiently. Lettings progression will be managed by the lettings admin team, allowing you to focus solely on deal closure.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless operations, excellent client service, and maximise lettings outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  At least 18 months of experience in residential lettings with a proven track record of successful negotiations and deal closures.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently with clients and team members.
• Self-motivated:
  Able to work independently, managing your own diary and demonstrating initiative in generating leads and closing deals.
• Interpersonal Skills:
  Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of all property matters.
• Desire to Learn:
  Eagerness to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Driving License:
  Full UK driving license and access to your own car is essential for property viewings and client meetings.

What They Offer

• Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 Basic + £50,000 OTE
• Commission Structure: 10% up to £75k, 15-20% on earnings over £75k + Bonuses
• Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday / Saturday by appointment only
