Sales Consultant – Northwest London, NW10

Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a well-established and reputable estate agency with over 41 years of success, in Northwest London. They are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Consultant who is looking for a new challenge.

What They Offer:

• A competitive basic salary: £25,000+
• Realistic OTE: £55,000 – £75,000 (uncapped)
• Tiered commission structure: 10%-25%
• Car allowance: £4,000 per annum
• Strong client base, and a track record of repeat business.

• Opportunity to work with 100+ available properties in Neasden, Willesden, Dollis Hill, and Cricklewood
• Strong local market presence with two experienced negotiators in the office

• Houses prices range from £200K – £4M, with their bread and butter between £500K – £1M

The Role:

• Handling 6-8 sales per month with an average of 4 completions
• Managing contract procedures and negotiations
• Engaging with buyers and sellers to maximize opportunities
• Working closely with a highly experienced team

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Sales Negotiator – preferably with local area knowledge
• Ambitious and hungry to succeed in a high-performance environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Holds a valid driving license and access to your own car
