Dove & Hawk are now working with a design-led, independent estate agent, based in Old Street. They are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team, in their beautiful penthouse office. They have a long list of available properties on their books and are looking for someone who can turn listings into results.

What’s on offer

• Basic salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE: £60,000 – £80,000 first year (uncapped commission)
• Guarantee for the first 3-months
• Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm – No weekends
• Professional Growth: Clear progression from day-1, with monthly 1-to-1’s to discuss opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
• Commission Structure: 10% up to £100K, 12.5% £100K-£150K, £200K+ 15% + an extra 5% on any new vendors that you sign up
• Bonus Scheme: £1K cash bonus for hitting £100K, £5K cash bonus for hitting £150K, £7K cash bonus for hitting £200K + discretionary Christmas bonus & property specific incentives

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in estate agency sales (valuation experience preferred).
• Experienced in using Reapit!!
• Strong Communication Skills: Their client focussed approach means exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build rapport with clients is a must.
• Local Knowledge: Experienced in working in, or strong knowledge of, Shoreditch, and surrounding areas
• Client-Focused: Committed to surpassing client expectations
• Personality Traits: A motivated, target-driven attitude, organised and detail-oriented, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
