Dove & Hawk have partnered with a well-established independent estate agency based in Northwest London, with a strong focus on Notting Hill and surrounding prime areas. They manage a high-value rental portfolio across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and capable Senior Lettings Negotiator to take the lead in a dynamic and respected team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing high-end lettings across NW, Central, and West London (primarily Notting Hill)
• Conducting and following up on property viewings
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating tenancy terms and securing successful lets
• Assisting with and conducting property valuations (preferred)
• Winning instructions and expanding portfolio coverage
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
• Liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Experience handling prime properties or luxury lettings (preferred)
• Valuation experience highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of the Northwest London, Notting Hill, Chelsea, and City markets
• A confident self-starter who can work independently and hit the ground running
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (petrol allowance provided)
• Must be available to work Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm and every other Saturday, 10am-2pm (viewings only, no office attendance)

• Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic | £50,000 – £70,000 OTE
