SALES NEGOTIATOR – ST JOHN’S WOOD, MAIDA VALE, BELSIZE PARK & WEST HAMPTEAD

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their high performing office in Maida Vale This is a fantastic opportunity, to join a great brand and earn very well!

Duties:

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
• Providing viewing feedback.
• Generating new valuation opportunities.

Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a residential sales role

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic salary, £70,00 – £80,000 OTE + car allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 2pm
