Senior Sales Consultant
Dove & Hawk are working with a leading developer of premium residential properties, committed to delivering high-quality homes that exceed customer expectations. They are seeking a driven and professional Senior Sales Consultant to join their sales team.
The role is focused on achieving and exceeding profitable sales targets by demonstrating exceptional selling skills, strong product knowledge, and outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings, including in-person, virtual, and agent-led tours
- Coordinate viewings for overseas offices and international sales teams when required
- Proactively generate new sales leads through client outreach and agent engagement, beyond marketing-generated leads
- Manage and reduce sales cancellations by maintaining effective communication with clients, agents, and solicitors
- Progress new reservations through to contract exchange, including collection of AML documentation and solicitor liaison
- Maintain and optimise the sales database to maximise opportunities
- Respond promptly and professionally to new enquiries with accurate and relevant information
- Keep overseas teams, agents, and introducers informed on availability and pricing
- Create and update sales and marketing materials such as Plot of the Week, fact sheets, FAQs, and investor content
- Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings to contribute ideas, incentives, and strategies
- Attend sales launches, events, and networking opportunities as required
- Create and present sales videos in collaboration with the marketing team across digital platforms
- Promote developments via LinkedIn and other social media channels where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK agents and introducers, ensuring all viewings meet mystery shop standards

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property sales role, ideally within new homes or site sales
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Comfortable conducting virtual appointments using Zoom or similar platforms
- Confident managing sales documentation and CRM databases

Salary & Working Hours
- £60,000 – £65,000 OTE (basic salary plus commission)
- Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 5-day working week on a rota basis (across 7 days)
