SALES NEGOTIATOR – TOOTING

Dove & Hawk are working alongside an independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in Tooting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who wants to join a reputable company which can offer longevity and career progression.

Duties:

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
• Providing viewing feedback.
• Generating new valuation opportunities.

Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a residential sales role

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic salary, £55,000 – £70,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 4pm with half day in lieu
