SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – TOOTING

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a successful independent agency, who are looking to hire a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their office in Tooting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious negotiator, to join a well established estate agency.

Duties:

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
• Providing viewing feedback.
• Generating and conducting market appraisals.

Requirements:

• UK Driving License and own vehicle required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a residential sales role

Salary budgets: £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary, £75,000 – £90,000

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 4pm with half day in lieu
