SALES NEGOTIATOR – SOUTH EAST LONDON

Dove & Hawk are working alongside an independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who wants to join a well established reputable company which can offer longevity in a collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
• Providing viewing feedback.
• Generating new valuation opportunities.

Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a residential sales role

Salary: £21,250 basic salary, £55,000 – £60,000 OTE + pool car

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am – 5pm (5 day working week after probation)
