Job Title: Trainee Sales Negotiator
Location: Dulwich, London
Salary: £18,000 Basic | £30,000 OTE + Guarantee | Car Allowance (if car required)
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Dulwich office as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in estate agency and sales, with full training and ongoing support provided. You will be part of a dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in property sales while developing valuable negotiation and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Registering new buyers and understanding their property requirements
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Building strong relationships with clients, buyers, and vendors
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Providing regular feedback to vendors following viewings
• Assisting with the marketing of properties, including online listings
• Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM system
• Supporting the sales team to achieve office targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Target-driven with a passion for sales
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional and well-presented
• Full UK driving licence preferred (car allowance available where a car is required)

• Basic salary of £18,000 with £30,000 OTE

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• A day off in lieu provided when a Saturday is worked
