We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Service Team Leader to join a growing and fast-paced property business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader to oversee a customer service team while managing landlord and tenant relationships across a large portfolio.
The role will involve handling complex disputes, overseeing property maintenance and inspections, coordinating contractors, and acting as a key point of contact for local authorities. You will play a vital role in ensuring service excellence, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management
Proven experience managing teams and resolving landlord & tenant disputes
Strong knowledge of UK housing legislation and compliance
Experience liaising with local authorities and managing maintenance works
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
£35,000-£40,000 per annum Monday to Friday, full-time
