Sales Progressor – SE London – £30,000 – £40,000 DOE + Bonus TBD
Our client, a well-established hugely successful independent estate agency are looking for a motivated Sales Progressor to join their office in Dulwich. You will be responsible for progressing a high volume of sales from offer acceptance through to exchange whilst maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
The role requires an extremely organised and efficient individual who is able to motivate multiple parties towards a common goal and inspire a sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving the sale through from agreed offer to final completion, including exchanging contracts, within the agreed timeframe
- Acting as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors.
- Identifying and resolving obstacles, such as survey issues, mortgage delays or legal hold-ups, to prevent sales from falling through.
- Managing complex property chains, keeping all parties informed of progress and aligning timelines.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and process Anti Money Laundering Information and compliance
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience doing Sales Progression or previous experience in Office Management within the property industry
- Confident and target driven with good negotiation skills
- Strong customer facing and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen with a resilient nature
- Able to work in a team and on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Proactive nature
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE + Bonus TBD
Working Arrangements: full time in office based in Dulwich, flexibility with working hours – e.g. 9am-5pm or 9:30am-5:30pm
