Lettings & Sales Negotiator, Norbury
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic | £40,000 – £50,000 OTE
Location: Norbury
Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Every other Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (day off in lieu)
Additional Benefits: Paid mileage
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Lettings & Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic and growing property team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in residential lettings and/or sales who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords/vendors and tenants/buyers
• Managing the progression of lettings and sales through to completion
• Generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
• Maintaining regular contact with applicants, landlords, and vendors
• Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate records
• Supporting with property listings and marketing

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings and/or sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage paid)
• Well-presented and professional at all times
