Dove & Hawk are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, multi-branch independent estate agency to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator for their market-leading office in North London.
About the Company / Office

• Dedicated Sales Progressor, allowing you to focus on securing offers and driving deals

The Role

• Generating and negotiating offers on residential properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Managing the sales process through to agreed stage
• Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Requirements

• 2-3 years of residential sales experience (North London experience preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Strong understanding of the sales process from instruction to completion
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Professional and well-presented approach
• Full, clean manual driving licence
• Valuation experience is advantageous but not essential

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary up to £20,000
• On-target earnings of £70,000-£80,000
• Competitive commission structure

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
• 5-day working week
