Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Hybrid: 1 day WFH (post-probation)

I’m working with a highly regarded independent agency in Kensington that’s known for quality over quantity, long-standing client relationships, and a genuinely professional, supportive team. This role offers the chance to manage a well-kept portfolio across some of London’s most desirable postcodes, with the autonomy to run it properly.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of a residential portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants while ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio across Central & West London
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Keeping everything fully compliant with current lettings legislation
• Handling queries and resolving issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Managing rent collection, arrears, and reporting
• Overseeing renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
• Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

• ARLA qualified (non-negotiable)
• Solid experience managing a residential portfolio
• Strong grasp of lettings legislation and compliance
• Organised, proactive, and able to handle volume without dropping standards
• Professional communicator who builds trust easily
• Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office
