Dove & Hawk are partnering with a highly successful independent estate agency specialising in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their established and high-performing team.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated lettings professional with at least 1 year of experience in the London market looking to take the next step within a reputable and prestigious firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business and source leads
• List properties using the existing database and network
• Register applicants and manage inbound enquiries
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Provide detailed feedback to landlords to help secure offers
• Negotiate and qualify offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
• Handle all necessary paperwork for a smooth lettings process
• Manage the full lettings cycle from offer through to move-in

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in central London lettings
• ARLA qualification preferred (not essential)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Well-presented and articulate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good IT proficiency
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturdays: 1 in 4 (9:30am – 4:30pm)
