Job Details (FINE PRINT):
- The employer can provide a loan, if required, but the preference would be for all advisers to self-fund for the first 3 months. They can get you up and running quickly, so why get into debt unnecessarily? It is available, though, should you need it.
- In the first few months, you will be learning all parts of the job – sales skills, CeMAP, administration, and introducer management.
- Holiday allowance = 20 days per annum, rising to 25
- Weekly Working hours / hybrid working = 9-6 Mon-Fri – no WFH.
- Commission Structure for both trainees and experienced brokers = Trainees start on 40%, rising to 50% for experienced. You also get generous splits on Protection and Specialist lending. The key to all this is the firm’s super-high business volumes. The top performers earn £300k/£400k/£500k+ on the same splits. Their platform is unrivalled.
- What are the KPI’s and targets? Volumetric. I wouldn’t worry about this. They will sound super high, but they support people enormously to achieve them – and the rewards follow.
