What They Offer

• Basic Salary: £20K-£25K
• OTE: £50K-£100K+ (uncapped)
• 100% focus on securing offers (no sales progression duties)
• Bonuses:
• £10K for £350K banked
• £20K for £475K banked
• Up to £1K monthly sales bonus

• Mortgage referral incentives
• Full access to property register (equal commission across all branches)
• Clear progression path (all managers promoted internally)
• Company car provided
• Hours:
• Mon-Thurs: 8:45 am-7 pm
• Fri: 8:45 am – 6 pm
• Sat: 9 am-5 pm (every other Saturday, half-day Fridays before Sat off)
• Requirements
• • Recent or current Sales Negotiator (ideally in Clapham, Brixton, Herne Hill)
  • Ambitious, long-term mindset with a drive to progress
  • Hard-working, competitive team player
  • Aiming for future management roles
  • Full clean driving license
