Property Manager – Birmingham, Bristol or Cardiff (Remote with Monthly London Travel)

A rapidly growing property management company with headquarters in London, and a nationwide portfolio, is looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious business with a strong presence across the UK. The role can be based in Birmingham, Bristol or Cardiff, although you must be able to travel regularly to Cardiff to oversee part of your portfolio.

This is primarily a remote position, so we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and confident working independently. While you’ll have the full support of your fellow Property Managers, your line manager and the senior leadership team, you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload and deliver an exceptional service to your clients.

You’ll take responsibility for a substantial residential portfolio, managing all aspects of block management including AGMs, Section 20 major works, Building Safety Act compliance, contractor management, maintenance, inspections, client relationships and service charge matters.

The successful candidate will have previous block management experience, excellent client relationship and communication skills, strong numerical ability and a thorough understanding of current legislation, including the Building Safety Act and Section 20 consultation processes.
