SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – CROYDON

Dove & Hawk are working alongside an independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their office in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator who wants to join a reputable company which can offer longevity and career progression.

Duties:

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
• Providing viewing feedback.
• Generating new valuation opportunities.

Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a residential sales role

Salary: £27,500 – £30,000 basic salary, £40,000 – £45,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 6:30 pm, Fridays 6pm finish, Saturday 9am – 4:30pm with a day in lieu.
